Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for marketing and communications to drive guest satisfaction, engagement and sales for a premier client in NYC. This position is highly involved with our clients and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Launch and Launch Presentations and Communications
• Marketing Calendar
• Monthly Nutritional Focus
• Guest Chef Series
• Catering Promotions and Showcases
• Social Media
• Wellness Engagement Program
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
• Communicates project details across all levels of the organization and across multiple departments proactively
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Skilled in design programs (Canva, PowerPoint, etc)
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
